A major part of our regular business involves assembly and installation of showroom display furniture.
We find from research that retailers improve their sales when assembly services are retained for in store display furniture and offered to the customer, who may not have the time, skills or tools to correctly assemble items themselves. The lifespan of the furniture is greatly increased following correct assembly. The benifits experienced already by our existing retail clients are as follows;
• Less returns - assembly of furniture is correct and includes a 30 day workmanship guarantee.

• We are covered by public liability insurance against all our assembly and installation work.

• Potential customers are not put off purchasing complex pieces of furniture that require self-assembly.

• Customers will see that you offer that little bit extra to help them, unlike some of your competitors.

• Recommendations will be made on your behalf.

• We communicate with you on the customers behalf regarding missing components or items delivered damaged; this rarely happens and doesn't incur costs to yourselves or the customer.

• We only charge when installation is complete and the customer is happy.

• We only use fitters employed by Flatpack Installations.

• We provide liveried corporate work-wear for all our fitters and they are also equipped with identification cards issued by us.
